Quality Care is a well respected family owned and operated business based in the Hunter Valley of NSW that has been delivering care services for over 12 years.
We take pride in the fact that as a small independent operator, we are growing rapidly while ensuring that our care and services are delivered in a timely manner, by professional and courteous staff who have a genuine understanding of the term ‘customer service’.
Until more recent years Quality Care was primarily utilised by older Australians and their families requiring respite care. However, our client base has grown in line with our reputation for providing reliable services at a very high standard. This has resulted in the fact that we now work closely with a broad range of both health and other professional services.
