Services Provided by Quality Care include but are not limited to:

In Home or Host Family Respite
For those caring for someone at home, whether it is a frail aged person or a child with a disability, Quality Care will provide an experienced carer for the time required to give you, the primary carer, a break.

Child Care
This service can be provided in home or with a host family. Once again an experienced carer will take over the care of your child while you go shopping, out for the evening or away for the weekend.

Assistance with the Daily Chores
Quality Care has a program called 'Helping Hand'. This program offers a two (2) hour block of service for a set fee (or longer if required) and assists you with everything from shopping, personal care, cleaning or mowing the lawn.

Staff Training
As "people" are our core business, Quality Care believes that customer service, team work and communication are essential skills for all staff.

Staff training in these areas can be provided to other organisations. As with all services offered, training packages are structured to suit the individual needs of the organisation.

How will I know that I can trust these carers?
All staff employed by Quality Care come with years of experience, are reference checked and have had the appropriate 'Police Checks' completed prior to starting work with the organisation.

How much will these Services cost?
Although some of the services the organisation provides are paid for privately, Quality Care also contracts to a number of Government subsidised organisations, so there is a minimal cost incurred by the client.
